Another poster said it looks like a full size model replica. I think they might be right. Would explain why noone has stolen it. Perhaps the "windows" used to have black film on them that came off.

I just don't understand why we can't just go throw some money at these people and take the cars? (at least the ones just rotting) "Sir, you are not using this car, here, take some money from me before the car is worthless and lost forever" Then once they sell you the car punch him in the face...nono SLAP him in the face (more degrading) and belittle him for not being a man and saving the car.
